ParaTest ApS specializes in food safety by in developing equipments for detection of Trichinella larvae in meat in slaughterhouses. ParaTest has a unique patent-pending method and an automatic system for detection of Trichinella larvae in meat , and particularly the invention relates to a method and a system comprising a digestion of meat samples, where detection of Trichinella larvae is performed by optical inspection. The system is called a TrichiTester.
